We’ll confirm whether you want a physical print, digital files, or both, along with size, colors, finish, price, and timing. We’ll send you a digital mockup for approval. For physical-print orders, we’ll print the approved design and ship it with care. For file orders, we’ll deliver the agreed STL/3MF files digitally. Orders for both include the agreed physical print and digital files. Digital files and any commercial-use license must be expressly included in your quote. Message us before ordering to discuss the design shown or your requested artwork, finished dimensions, colors, quantity, and required arrival date. Custom artwork or lettering must be reviewed for printability before it is accepted. 2. We will confirm the design details, available options, price, and production timeline. The quote will state exactly what is included. 3. After discussing the project with us, send artwork, reference images, files, and detailed instructions through Etsy messages or another file-transfer method we agree on. The personalization box is optional; full project details can be handled by message. 4. Place the agreed order and confirm spelling, artwork, dimensions, and color placement before production. Digital design files are included only when expressly agreed in your quote. COLOR AVAILABILITY Please enter your color choice in personalization. Need a color we don’t currently stock?
